1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Meilovia ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("user," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

Meilovia is a global spiritual services marketplace operating in all countries where Stripe payment processing is available. These Terms apply to all users worldwide.

2. Description of Service

Meilovia is an online marketplace that connects individuals seeking spiritual services ("Buyers") with service providers ("Sellers"). We provide the platform, payment processing, and communication tools, but we are not a party to the actual service agreements between Buyers and Sellers.

Important: Meilovia is a marketplace platform only. We are not responsible for the actual delivery, quality, or outcomes of spiritual services provided by Sellers.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
  • You must provide accurate, current information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

3.2 Seller Requirements

  • Complete identity verification process
  • Provide valid business/professional credentials where applicable
  • Maintain an active Stripe Connect account
  • Comply with all local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

4. Marketplace Operations

4.1 Service Listings

Sellers may create listings for spiritual services including but not limited to: tarot readings, astrology consultations, energy healing, life coaching, spell casting, and other spiritual guidance services. All listings must:

  • Accurately describe the service offered
  • Include clear pricing and delivery timeframes
  • Comply with our content guidelines
  • Not make medical, legal, or financial advice claims

4.2 Request System

Buyers may post service requests that Sellers can bid on. All requests must be appropriate, specific, and comply with our community guidelines.

5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using our service, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. Funds are held in escrow until service completion or dispute resolution.

5.2 Platform Fees

Important Fee Information:

  • Current transaction fees are displayed at checkout
  • Fees may be adjusted at any time but will never exceed 10% of transaction value
  • We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any fee changes
  • Sellers are responsible for any negative balances on their Stripe Connect accounts

5.3 Refunds and Disputes

If a service is not delivered as described, Buyers may request a refund. Sellers will be prompted to provide refunds through our automated Stripe refund system. See our Refund Policy for detailed procedures.

6. Platform Liability and Limitations

6.1 No Liability for Service Delivery

Meilovia is not responsible for:

  • Services not being delivered by Sellers
  • Quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of spiritual services
  • Disputes between Buyers and Sellers
  • Any outcomes or results from spiritual services
  • Seller compliance with local laws and regulations

6.2 Platform Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meilovia's total liability to you for any claims related to our service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities

7.1 Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to circumvent our payment system
  • Communicating outside our platform for service delivery
  • Creating fake reviews or manipulating ratings
  • Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
  • Providing medical, legal, or financial advice
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

7.2 Seller Responsibilities

  • Deliver services as described and within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain professional communication standards
  • Honor legitimate refund requests
  • Maintain accurate account and payment information
  • Pay any fees, taxes, or charges related to your use of the platform

8. Intellectual Property

The Meilovia platform, including all software, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is owned by us or our licensors. Users retain ownership of content they create but grant us necessary licenses to operate the platform.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior. Users may also delete their accounts at any time. Upon termination, outstanding transactions will be completed according to our standard procedures.

11. Dispute Resolution

For disputes between users, we provide mediation services but are not obligated to resolve conflicts. For disputes with Meilovia, we encourage contacting our support team first. Any legal disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
